If your unit is having a hard time loading OTA updates or tells you to contact customer service, this means your unit does not have a strong enough WiFi connection or your hotspot/WiFi is blocking our OTA server. Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States. Please relocate your vehicle closer to a strong WiFi network in this case.
Latest OS, MCU, and CAN Versions (October 2025):
- nxhd 10 indicates the device is Android 10
- nxhd 13 indicates the device is Android 13
- nhxd-m 13 indicates the device is Android 13 & was advertised with 4G compatibility (T-Mobile SIM)
- You cannot change the software to an nxhd version different than how yours is currently configured (e.g. nxhd 10 must stay nxhd 10, and nxhd 13 must stay as nxhd 13).
