Reverse Volume Control

 

Use this procedure to allow music audio to continue playing while the vehicle is in reverse.

Step 1 : Open System Guide

  1. Open Settings → Go to Settings Guide → If prompted, enter PIN: 1776 and OK
  2. Scroll down and select Max Volume in Reverse
  3. Set the option to OFF.

Step 2 : Verify

  • Put the vehicle into Reverse
  • Confirm music continues to play without muting or volume override.

Notes

  • This setting only affects reverse gear audio behavior
  • No reboot required
  • Change applies immediately
